Harold Faberman a dirigé de nombreux orchestres dont notamment le London Symphony Orchestra, le Royal Philharmonic, le BBS Symphony, le English Chamber Orchestra, le Stockholm Philharmionic, le Mozarteum etc.... Il a été également percussionniste et timbalier au Boston Symphony Orchestra et a fondé le "conductor's Institute".
